Sweeper Driver

I totally disliked school. I had no interest in it whatsoever and left without any qualifications. However, I wanted to help my own kids with their education and this encouraged me to start adult learning classes.

I attended a basic IT course run by Salford Joint Trade Unions. This has made me want to improve my education further, especially as I now have the time and desire to learn.

I wouldn’t have wanted to go off-site for learning, so having it here has really given me the push to carry on
