Skills for life IN Salford

The New CLP Website is a ‘One Hit Wonder’

Friday 30 January 2009

The Community Learning Partnership (CLP) will be launching its new and improved website on Tuesday 3rd February 2009 at the Langworthy Cornerstone.

The CLP is made up of representatives from organisations in the community and voluntary sector in Salford who have come together to share good practice and promote learning in the city.

The website will strengthen the function of the Community Learning Partnership in Salford and publicise learning opportunities, venues and facilities. The Partnership is keen to recruit new members from voluntary and community sector organisations in Salford and this event will provide a great opportunity for them to find out more about the CLP, how the website may benefit their organisation and for groups to join the partnership.

Ian Stewart MP and Karen Rigg from Greater Manchester Centre for Voluntary Organisation will be the guest speakers at the launch and there will be a demonstration of the website. To view the website visit www.learninginsalford.org
